Brooklyn Park Second Fix

As part of this residential extension project, we successfully completed the second fix stage, ensuring all internal systems and fittings were properly installed. In addition to this, we executed a variety of complementary tasks, to detailed finishing work. Our team meticulously addressed all requirements to ensure the extension was functional, aesthetically cohesive, and aligned with the overall project specifications.

Timber Flooring

In this project, we replaced the original slat tiles with a high-quality pine tongue-and-groove flooring, meticulously installed using a secret nailing technique for a clean, seamless finish. Given the varying door thresholds, we carried out a detailed adjustment of the floor structure, carefully chasing the flooring to establish precise batten heights. This process ensured that the final floor level was perfectly aligned and flush with all external doors, maintaining both aesthetic consistency and functional integrity across the entire space.

Pool Decking

We installed an Alpine Ash Ekodeck surrounding a newly constructed pool, offering a durable and low-maintenance decking solution that enhances both the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the outdoor space. The choice of Alpine Ash provides a natural, elegant finish, while the Ekodeck composite material ensures long-term resistance to weathering and wear. This installation was executed with precision, ensuring a smooth, seamless integration that complements the pool area and creates a visually cohesive, high-quality outdoor environment.

Wallaroo Beach House

On this project, we were responsible for the framing, cladding, and eaves installation.

SORA

For the rooftop bar Sora on Pirie Street, we were responsible for the cladding installation, the construction of the staircase, and the design and build of the DJ stage, along with a variety of other supporting tasks to enhance the overall space.

Birdwood Pergola

We replaced the existing fascias and extended them to accommodate a new carport on the left side of the house and an outdoor entertaining area on the right. This work was carefully executed to ensure a smooth integration with the overall design, enhancing both the functionality and appearance of the property.

Pool Deck & Shed

We were contracted to design and construct both the deck and pool shed, providing dedicated storage space for equipment. Additionally, our scope of work included the installation of cladding and roofing for the shed, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic cohesion with the overall project.
